We start with a brief introduction (email, chat, or a short call) to understand the situation and decide whether it makes sense to continue.
If we move forward, I do a focused, time-boxed review of the problem, the constraints, and the decisions in front of you.
You get clear feedback on how I'm thinking about the tradeoffs, along with time to ask questions and talk through implications. The format can vary: written notes, a walkthrough, or another form that fits the situation.
There's no obligation to continue beyond that.
